VIDEO: Rep. Davidsmeyer Reminds Legislators “It’s Taxpayers’ Dollars!”

Following a debate in which a bill sponsor stated that the grant dollars belonged to the state, I felt the need to make a correction. We have to always remember that state funds belong to the taxpayers of our state.
