SPRINGFIELD – “A ticking time-bomb was dropped in the lap of our new Governor by an unbalanced and underfunded budget. Today we took steps to ensure that daycares can continue to provide care for our children, court reporters can continue providing an invaluable service for our justice system, and prison employees receive paychecks to keep our criminals in line.”
