IL Supreme Court: Pension Changes Unconstitutional
State Representative CD Davidsmeyer (R-Jacksonville) “had no doubt” that pension reforms (Senate Bill 1) would be found unconstitutional by the IL Supreme Court. He believes the State of Illinois’ financial condition has been manufactured by poor budgeting and thinks “we’re right back where we were.”
