Thursday was the 2023 Illinois Police Memorial event, mourning the loss and celebrating the lives of those law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in 2022.
So proud to support my friends in law enforcement and all who work to keep our communities safe. To the families, I can’t pretend to understand your loss. I thank you for your sacrifice and am here with you as you find your way.
